Father and Son bonding

Yes, I know...I haven't posted pictures from Easter yet and I have been on Spring break all week. Easter was good it was just different without Dad. I guess that is part of my reluctents to post pictures.

Today on the other hand was a very good day. I was able to sleep until 7:30 when both kids and Grant came to drag me out of bed. We then preceeded to cuddle on couch for a little bit before tackling the yard and garage.

The cute thing was Hayden was able to mow the lawn with Grant.

Addyson just sat back and enjoyed the beautiful weather.

Lots and Lots of Pictures

Both kids are in bed by eight. That is about the only way I get to post any more.

I started back to work this week. Whew! What a busy week. I have a ton of pictures to post and wanted to get them up before the Easter weekend started. The pictures are not exactly in the right order. Actually they are pretty much backwards as far as when they were taken.

Last weekend we traveled to St. Louis for the NCAA sweet sixteen and elite eight basketball games. Friday's games started later that we had originally thought so Addyson didn't join us until Saturday morning.

We had pretty good seats and enjoyed all the people around us. We got to know them pretty well since we watched three games with them. I guess I should say they got to know my kids.

We got to the game early both times, enjoyed watching the teams and the bands warm up.

Hayden enjoyed the popcorn. We learned from the first night not to get the big drink or we would be taking him to the bathroom very often.

These pictures were taken almost two Sunday's ago. Hayden is wearing his Easter shirt. He thinks he looks like his Daddy going to the bank.

Addyson looks beautiful in this dress. It has a sweater that goes with it but she didn't want to to wear it in the pictures.

Addyson is trying out her sippy cup. Hse does a really good job with it. She likes when I put flavored water in it. Her favorite is Cherry Limaide.

Last week we also spent two days with Abby while Grant went on a business trip. Addyson was all smiles for Kaleb.

Can you read what Hayden's shirt says? Greatest Big Brother. Hayden has taken to being a big brother so well. He takes care of her and loves on her constantly.
