Relaxing Weekend

For people who were super busy last week, we had a very relaxing and boring weekend. For the most part we stayed at home. We didn't even do anything that would make me think to pick up my camera. I did find a picture of Hayden from the week before last that is very cute. It is amazing how fast he is growing up. In less than a month we will be celebrating him being home for a year. I am the type of person who likes to think about what I was doing this time last year. I was making a list of things to pack and getting Hayden's room ready. Where does the time go?

Very Very Busy

I apologize for not updating the blog. We have been very busy this past week. These are pictures from last weekend. Mom and Dad came to take care of Hayden while Grant and I went to Grant's High School reunion. We had a great time. I just love these two pictures.

A big change Mommy wasn't ready for

Do you remember how sweet Hayden looked sleeping in his crib? Well, I hope you do because last night he slept for the first time in his toddler bed. We had decided not to switch to the toddler bed until he was two, but Hayden had been doing so well at the babysitters sleeping on the mat that Grant went ahead and changed the crib to the toddler bed.

This is Hayden trying to help Daddy fix the bed.

Hopefully, you can see how excited Hayden really was about his new bed. I am still not sure how excited I am.

This is just a few minutes later after Hayden got in trouble for jumping on his new bed. :)

Doesn't he look so grown up. I can't believe that he is growing up so fast.

Today marks a year since we got out of PGN. This is the day that Hayden legally became ours. Our gottcha day is rapidly approaching.

18 Month Check-up

Hayden went yesterday for his 18 month check-up. He has gained two pounds so now he ways 22 pounds. He is 32 inches long. This means that he is in the 5th percentile for weight and 50th percentile for height. Overall the doctor seemed please with Hayden progress. Hayden behaves so well at the doctors office as well.
