After school you can often find these kids in my classroom playing. This would be the major reason I can’t get anything done after school.
On Tuesday afternoons Addyson goes to gymnastics. I can only take pictures through the window so this isn’t the best. You have to look in the back and you can see Addyson on the balance beam.
We spent a Saturday morning on the river in Paducah watching Grant participate in the Dragon Boat Races. The kids enjoyed playing in the water and eating their first funnel cake.
Grant’s team did extremely well and came in fourth place overall.
Hayden’s self-portrait was hanging in the front hall at school a couple of weeks ago. He was proud of his drawing.
Addyson is loving school and is doing really well. She has made some good friends and has learned a lot. We will really see how the kids are doing when their report cards come home later this week.
A few weeks ago while we were visiting Dede and Poppy we went out into the field and gathered some popcorn and the kids made some with Dede.
